गर्भावस्था के बारे में आप जो लिखती हैं, उससे निजी कुछ नहीं होता। हम उसे उसी तरह सँभालते हैं।
सबसे पहले, सबसे ज़रूरी बात: आपकी बातें हम न विज्ञापन के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं, न किसी को बेचते हैं, और न किसी बीमा कंपनी, अस्पताल या दफ़्तर को देते हैं।
यह सूची कोड में तय है, इच्छा में नहीं। खाते में लिखने वाला हिस्सा सिर्फ़ इन पाँच खानों को जानता है — बातचीत का कोई हिस्सा वहाँ पहुँच ही नहीं सकता।
अगर आपको लगे कि सहेली ऐसी कोई जानकारी पूछ रही है या अपने आप सहेज रही है, तो यह गड़बड़ है — कृपया हमें बताइए।
सहेली से आप जो कहती हैं, वह जवाब बनाने के लिए Anthropic के Claude मॉडल तक जाता है। आपका सप्ताह और चुनी हुई भाषा साथ जाती है, ताकि जवाब आपके समय के हिसाब से हो। आपका नाम या पहचान नहीं जाती।
अगर आपने सहेली की आवाज़ चालू की है, तो उसका जवाब बोलने के लिए ElevenLabs तक जाता है। हमने इसे शून्य-भंडारण मोड में रखा है — वे उस पाठ को सुरक्षित नहीं रखते।
संग्रह में जो YouTube वीडियो चलते हैं, वे YouTube के nocookie प्लेयर से आते हैं, इसलिए जब तक आप चलाना शुरू न करें, कोई ट्रैकिंग कुकी नहीं बैठती। एक बार चलाने पर YouTube की अपनी शर्तें लागू होती हैं।
विज्ञापन के बारे में: कुछ राग रिकॉर्डिंग YouTube से आती हैं, और उनसे पहले विज्ञापन आ सकता है। वह विज्ञापन हमारा नहीं है, हमने नहीं चुना, और उससे हमें कुछ नहीं मिलता।
गर्भ सहेली परंपरा और सामान्य जानकारी देती है — डॉक्टर की सलाह नहीं। खून आना, दर्द, बुखार, शिशु की हलचल कम होना, या कोई भी चिंता हो तो सीधे अपनी डॉक्टर या दाई से बात कीजिए। सहेली को यही कहने के लिए कहा गया है, और वह कोई दवा या खुराक नहीं बताएगी।
अपना खाता और सारा डेटा आप खुद मिटा सकती हैं — सेटिंग्स में जाकर, किसी से पूछे बिना, किसी ई-मेल का इंतज़ार किए बिना। एक बार दबाइए, पुष्टि कीजिए, और सब चला जाता है। वापस नहीं आता।
साइन इन नहीं किया है तो ब्राउज़र का डेटा साफ़ करने से सब कुछ चला जाता है।
यह ऐप वयस्कों के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के किसी से जानकारी नहीं लेते।

What you write about your pregnancy is among the most private information you have. We treat it that way.
The most important thing first: GarbhSaheli does not use your conversations for advertising, does not sell them, and does not share them with any insurer, hospital or employer.
That list is enforced in code, not merely intended. The function that writes to your account accepts only those five fields, so no part of a conversation can reach it even by accident.
If Saheli ever appears to ask for or quietly record any of this, that is a fault, not a feature. Please tell us.
What you say to Saheli is sent to Anthropic's Claude model to compose a reply. Your week and chosen language go with it so the answer fits where you are. Your name and identity do not.
If you've turned on Saheli's voice, the reply text is sent to ElevenLabs to be spoken. We use their zero-retention mode, so they do not keep it.
Library videos load through YouTube's nocookie player, so no tracking cookie is set until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own terms apply.
About ads: some raag recordings come from YouTube and may play an advertisement first. That ad is not ours, we did not choose it, and we earn nothing from it.
GarbhSaheli offers tradition and general information, not clinical advice. For bleeding, pain, fever, reduced fetal movement, or any worry at all, speak to your doctor or midwife directly. Saheli is instructed to say exactly this, and will not name medicines or doses.
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from Settings — without asking anyone and without waiting on an email. One tap, one confirmation, and it is gone. It does not come back.
If you never signed in, clearing your browser data removes everything.
